As always, Amazon Australia is also offering a variety of fast and convenient delivery options, with eligible orders over $59 available for free standard shipping. Prime members will automatically receive free and expedited shipping on eligible orders, helping savvy shoppers save on delivery fees. To prepare for the shopping event Amazon Australia is onboarding 600 seasonal workers, to help pick, pack and ship customer orders across its fulfilment centres and logistics sites nationwide.

The massive sale event also marks the launch of a limited-edition Christmas pudding, the ‘Amazon Everything Christmas Pudding’, created with the help of TV personality and pastry chef, Anna Polyviou, and small Australian business and Christmas Pudding experts, Pud For All Seasons. This year’s limited edition pud will be available during Black Friday for just $10 and is a savoury creation that blends the flavours of a traditional pud with essence of ham, turkey, gravy, pumpkin, cherry, rosemary and more, to bring many of the quintessential tastes of an Aussie Chrissie, into a single bite.

Joining Pud For All Seasons, Amazon.com.au’s Black Friday Sale will feature a range of Australian brands and businesses, including bamboo wicking underwear brand Step One, Sunshine Coast based sunscreen applicator Bakslap, Givewrap the wrapping paper brand that donates to Aussie charities, award-winning baby product Snotty Noses, NatPat mosquito repellent stickers, magnetic toy brand Steam Studio, viral shoe cleaner The Sneaker Laundry and more, for those looking to support local businesses this year.

Country Manager at Amazon Australia Janet Menzies said, “Black Friday is all about delivering unbeatable value to our customers, and this year we’re thrilled to offer Aussies opportunities to save even earlier with two full weeks of discounts. Whether it’s sorting presents for under the tree, or stocking up on essentials ahead of a house full of guests, we hope our two-week Black Friday Sale will take some of the stress out of the holiday season, and help budgets go further. I’m so grateful to all the dedicated team members that make sale events like these possible right across the country, so that customers can find everything they want, at incredible prices, with fast and convenient delivery.”
